Revelation was preached on Sunday....

And Now Look!!

In case we in Tucson couldn't figure out it... We have had a "very cold winter storm" - i.e., SNOW that has stayed on the ground, and at 8:30 am this morning temps were still below freezing.

I'm not sure what the history of it might be, but I don't remember flights being cancelled in and out of Tucson international airport because of S*N*O*W*...

Here's a sample....

People who live elsewhere in the country are probably just laughing... but this happens only once every 4 or 5 years, so is always a novelty for us desert rats.

So much for walking this morning with my pal ~~ scrapping inside all warm & snuggly for me!!

Himself has to cross a bridge or two to get to work, so not sure how that's going to go - I asked him to call me when he arrives there this morning.

yeah -- but not so much in the winter... but it usually is a balmy 60 - 70 degrees, even in January. A cold spell every once and awhile... a couple weeks with highs in the 50's... but we did have a white Christmas when I was in high school -- that was pretty cool :D
